Spoke with a salesman on 2-8-2022 and he gave me the asking price of a suburban they have in transit. He said that if I would come to the dealership they would value my trade and deliver the new suburban when it arrived later this month. i made an appointment for the next day, 2-9-22. We bought a used car from Hendricks of **********. We also purchased a road service agreement. A 10 year policy. In early December of 2021 we were out of state and called the listed number on the policy and was told we would get a call back. Never happened. Called again and was told to call the dealership. We did twice....neither time did we receive a call back. Nothing. HENDRICKS *** IS A HORRIBLE OUTFIT. SERVICE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY AND FOLKS WORKING IN SERVICE ARE NOT GENUINE AT ALL. THEY TRULY HAVE LOST SIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAD SERVICE THERE. FIRST TIME THEY WOULDN'T REPAIR A SLOW LEAK IN MY TIRE AND CHARGED ME $500 FOR A NEW TIRE. CLAIMED THEY COULDN'T FIX THE OLD ONE (I TOOK THE ORIGINAL TIRE TO A TIRE SHOP AND THEY FIXED IT IN 10 MINUTES AND I'M KEEPING IT AS A SPARE). Bought a car from Hendricks off Independence in ********* Feb 2019, had to come back a day later to resign contract, navigation stopped working, issues seat belt, mold smell, went w/out car for 2 weeks, then 2/3 recalls, that should have been serviced and weren't, so when a car hits me , my work laptop gets destroyed and has to be repaired 8/2019. Purchase a new **** HD truck,they never fix my radio that I paid extra for, one morning the truck leak all of the oil out on my driveway after they changed it.an now my sliding window wont close and no heat or defrost,and cant even get a manager to return my call .very bad customer service!!!!
Sold my Jeep, and requested refund of my warranty on 12/1/21. I have remained multiple times requesting the amount of my refund, and a ETA. Sure didnt take long to take my money. I paid for the Jeep and warranty in full the day I purchased my new Jeep. I guess once they have the money its not important to take care of their customers. Looking forward to hearing from someone. ********************* is the one who supposedly handled my refund. But I have not heard a word or gotten a response since.
There are misleading tell lies to there customers. I have been dealing with them for 3 years and they have messed me up fives times I am no longer going there for any business the last transaction was little aggravating.
