Do not purchase a vehicle from John Eagle Acura. They are unprofessional, dishonest and self-serving. They ran a bait and switch on us, claiming at the last second that they would not accept the VIP check issued by our credit union. These checks have been used for years and are standard industry practice. They just don't want to wait for the check to clear. Its a matter of GREED. I, regretfully, brought my brother to this dealership to purchase a car only to be met with unprofessionalism. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely & a sales woman was appointed to **. She sat us down to gather some pertinent information such as what he was looking for, price range & his drivers license. I have taken my 2015 ****** Highlander to Hendrick ****** in **************** for service 6 times in the past 2 years. I believe in maintaining my car with the dealer regularly and this is my 6th ****** vehicle. It will be my last based upon the poor service that I received at the dealership today. A dealer should not sell a vehicle that they cannot provide service on. I only needed an oil change and a tire rotation (******* miles). I came here to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle and was taken advantage of. I paid $2500 for a certified pre-owned check that wasn't performed. While driving down the highway, the driver door comes unlatched and the sensors show this. I have video as well. I traded in my vehicle and was told it was sold in less than half a business day to prevent me from returning the car in the alloted contractual time legally allowed. This practice is manipulative and underhanded at best and borders on legally negligent.

I am filing this complaint regarding Hendrick *** /Mini to express my jaw-dropping disappointment with my recent purchase experience.In May 2022) I purchased a 2015 ***** S60 advertised on the Internet in great condition. The ***** was in anything but great condition.Problem after problem, fix after fix. I bought a 2021 colorado and got a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. A gas sensor went out and they want to charge me $700 to fix it. I gave them a bad review and now I receive harassing phone calls for days. I wouldnt recommend.

This is the first dealership we dealt with in this city after moving to *********** about 1&1/2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since forking over a whole lot of money to this dealership. No accountability, manipulation, justifications, everything I hoped was a lie about sleazy dealerships. Shop around before trusting them just because of the famous name on the billboard.
