I purchased a 2009 Honda CRV on 04/06/2021. The car was listed for sale, appointment to view was made and upon arrival, the car was locked, filled with personal items and obviously not ready to be test driven. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told my step bars would be in the next week. It has been a month and nobody knows where they are or the tracking of them. It is so unfair because my salesman Guisseppe Pagano knew I had small kids and that the family vehicle I bought (Suburban) would transport them. I can not get a clear answer besides wait. Took my Crosstrek to Hendrick at Southpoint to have the Starlink and GPS updated. Made the appointment online and entered these two items as needing to be done. The service rep asked me what I needed done at the time of drop off. I told her Starlink and GPS updates. She said ok and I left the vehicle. She also told me I would get a complimentary car wash and the interior vacuumed. When I reviewed the bill at pickup it didn't reflect the GPS update. When a car dealer gets a certain number of complaints, the dealer will be fined by the State of Georgia, and its franchise license may be revoked. Dealership applied a traditional 'bait and switch' tactic on pricing. This is one of several challenges I had. Multiple promises made by dealer's representatives went unfulfilled. The financial advisor here ran my credit two extra times without my consent so now I have 3 hard inquiries on my credit when there only should be one! They jacked up the prices for me to buy something out of range and were completely hard to work with. Even the cars that they said had a clean motor sputtered upon acceleration. The worst experience purchased a vehicle on 5/6/2021 and been receiving misleading information no one return my phone calls my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks nothing got fixed this is by far the worst dealership I've ever been to.
I recently had a tire that was leaking air. I called parts depot to see about getting it changed out. They had to order tire. Came in that day. Was told I needed to speak to service to make an appointment. The service girl said it would be a week before I could get it. I explained that my tire was going flat.
