My recent visit left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I feel compelled to share my experience. It truly saddens me that this dealership and management continues to give me and my family the bait and switch. They sold us a car and service plan that, by the admission of *** finance, should not have been sold. They then delayed repairs that could have been covered under that service plan and after it expired they started giving quotes.I have spoken with the service managers and dealership general manager ******************************* and the only offer was for oil changes just to get the vehicle back to the dealership ... read more

I was sold a 2020 Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX in March 2023 where it appeared the vehicle was in good condition. They showed me the CPO paperwork and inspection. Drove the car down to Richmond, VA where I lived and noted a vibration coming from the back. Took my vehicle to Crown Acura and they noted that 3 of 4 rotors were worn and the car out of alignment. "I recently visited Curry Acura for an oil change and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did they overcharge me for the service, but they also failed to inform me of the additional costs until after the work had already been done. As an African American Woman, I travel through the entire **************** for work. My Husband purchased a 2018 BMW530 as second vehicle. He was told the car was inspected in ************** before it was transported to ****** **. Less than 100 miles the brakes light came on , and now we are told the ** Unit needs a full replacement and the parts are difficult to locate, back order etc. We attempted to resolve this issue and they refuse to speak with us or contact general manager. I bought a 2013 honda accord from this location, 2 days later found out it was leaking. Took it to them and they charged me for the repair, 2 days later its still leaking. So i took it to a trusted mechanic near me and they showed me where they didnt even fix the problem on my vehicle, and they found another leak that john eagle didnt tell me about. I then call them to speak to a service manager and the manager kept hanging up on me.

I went into this dealership on Saturday, February 25, 2023 to get an oil change and to have my camera screen checked. When I called to schedule this appointment, I was assured that my oil change and to have my screen checked appointment was scheduled. When I arrived I made sure that I let my advisor know that I was there for both and was told that it'll probably take 2 to 3 hours. I was okay with that. Wow just got off the phone with them and ******************* said he doesnt have bad reviews. Well man look at all of this. Ill keep my story as brief as possible. I purchased a BRAND NEW ***** Civic Sport from this location. It was night time and after close when we finalized the vehicle details. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We purchased a used CRV and we were provided a sheet with the offer which plainly stated a fee of $555 for the **** alarm. However when we sat down with the finance manager she told us the **** alarm was already installed and we had to pay $855 for it. We kept telling the finance manager (oh, shes also the compliance manager!
