Not gonna get too emotional here just saying the facts! 1)Their prices are like 4-5% higher than other dealerships!Just do your research! 2)They won't really negotiate about the price! 3)they will give you lot less money for your trade-in than others do and they are also give you lot less what KBB suggest! 4) They think you know nothing about cars and they will try to fool you! 5)Salesman didn't introduce himself and was very cold and cocky!(it can be vary assuming some of them decent tho)

I bought a new Toyota Rav4 at the end of 2020. The extended warranty was recommended to me. The F&I man said it would lower my annual percentage rate and that I could cancel after two months and keep the low APR. I canceled it on December 5th. It has been almost 3 full months and I have not been credited on my auto loan. I have tried numerous times calling and only receive voicemails. This is related to the Terry Labonte Chevrolet location in Greensboro. Drove over an hour, fully prepared to purchase a car based on their website advertised price, the trade-in offer from their website, and emails with their team. Walked into the biggest bait and switch BS I've ever experienced. Offered me 40% of the previous offer on my trade-in (a number that was frankly insulting), and were thousands above the website price. Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte / Independence Blvd: The service department is very Unethical. I called to inquire about the cost of replacing my battery as it died. I was given a quote of $190.24. I thanked the rep for her time and hung up. A close friend, removed the battery for me to take it to another store and purchase a battery for a lot less than what Hendrick Lexus quoted. First off, any 5 star reviews are made by their employees. BUYER BEWARE: 2014 Ram 1500 Sport White with 142,000 Miles (VIN: 1C6RR6MT9ES454769) was inspected by Dodge Dealership and needs new BCM computer (Controls key safety features like headlights and windshield wipers) Rick Hendrick paid for diagnostic 1/16/21 but didn't replace part. Terry Labonte Chevrolet will never get my business again. I bought a new 2010 Chevrolet Cruise from them and traded it in for a new Toyota 5 tears ago. Till this day I get multiple calls everyday from telemarketers trying to renew the service agreement on a car that I dont own. They even call my work with the SPAM. Terry Labonte sold my information to crooked companies for profit. Very poor car service very disappointed in their credibility and work I'm at a total 1618 and when to pick up my car pay in full only to find out my car is not fix theirs something else going on and it going to cost me another 540 and even then they don't know if that would fix my jeep they keep on playing the guessing game while my bill keeps on getting bigger and bigger you would think they are experts and they would get to the issue it's been a month and my car is still not fix don't know how to feel about it . Hendrick Collison has had our truck for two months and we still do not have it returned. Excuse after excuse of why they cannot get the truck back to us. The insurance company refused to cover any further rental car coverage citing Hendrick's mismanagement of a repair that should have been done in 10 days. it has now cost us about $1200 out of pocket for a rental car for an extended period of time and we feel we need to be reimbursed the full $1200 for their incompetence.
