Worst customer service ever!! We chose this facility when a tree fell on my 2022 Acura. They are a certified Acura repair shop and could get our vehicle in the quickest compared to other shops. Funds from our insurance service were received by the collision center on June 1, 2022. They did not order parts until June 9, 2022. We were told they would not tow our car until all parts were received and they we ready to begin work. The week of June 15th we were told all parts were received with the exception of our windshield. So no one tells you if you get a battery under warranty for free and there is a 3 year warranty on it that you have to pay for the next one even though the battery is less than 3 years old! If I would have purchased said battery outright it would still be under warranty!!

There is no solid communication from anyone at this dealership. None of the employees clearly communicate with each other. My brother was trying to buy a car through them and decided to switch dealerships because of how bad communication was. A week ago they said they were processing the refund, and we were told 3 times by different people it was processing only to find out today that it was never processed and we need to pick up a check. This is the WORST DEALERSHIP that I've ever attempted to do business with! They are complete Crooks! Very Unprofessional and far from Trust Worthy! **** (the sales agent) and his managers are complete Crooks, they will do anything for a sale, including selling the same vehicle to multiple people simultaneously! Do not give these Crooks any of your personal information, it will not be safe!

We have purchased three vehicles from **** Hendrick Chevrolet ********** over the past five years. Each time I've been so pleased with the care and attention I have received from the sales, management and finance departments. Furthermore, the service department consistently cares for our family when we are in for maintenance. In fact, the last visit the technician discovered I had a nail in my tire, which was news to me. Horrible service experience. Made an appointment detailing the specific repair items I needed. Show up to the appointment. Greeter person confirms my appointment and says service advisor is with another customer so please wait in the lobby. I proceed to jump into my laptop and do some work as I know I'll be stuck for at least a few hours. About an hour passes, and still no one has come talk to me. If you would like to reach out to our Service Manager *********************** we could schedule you in and get you into a loaner car. This is not a normal situation and we do apologize.
