They misrepresented a used Audi they sold me as certified pre- owned. It in fact was not certified as no servicing had been done and the navigation was not updated. They then wanted to charge me $400.00 to update the navigation. It is reasonable to believe a certified vehicle is updated.

This dealership is not to be trusted. They lie to bait and hook you, then change the numbers; then worse canceled my, floor manager negotiated and general manager approved, sale when preparing to pick up the auto. So much more I could say! Don't do business here you will be sorry. I put up with shenanigans because I was naive. First off, let me make this VERY Clear, if i could give a ZERO star i would, giving this "business" a 1 star is doing them a favor. My car was towed to this "business" on Friday, I went in on Saturday morning to get some items out of my car, spoke with the lady at the desk and asked her SPECIFICALLY about charges, she said " No charges unless it is sitting here for months with no activity, then there will start being storage fees". I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Rick Hendrick of Buford after the way my husband and I were treated today. We have a 2016 Lexus RC-F with $4,000 rims and only 11,000 miles on it that we were thinking of trading in on a 2020 High Country Silverado. We had not even talked numbers or done any kind of deal yet. They asked for the key so that they could look our car over. My husband told them that no one was allowed to drive our car without him, and he was told that would not happen. The next thing we know, our car is GONE!... read more

Between 2006 and 2012, I purchased 7 vehicles from Hendrick Automotive Group. In 2013, I received an e-mail from an employee at Hendrick asking about my Dodge RAM 1500. I have never owned such a vehicle and let her know she had the wrong person. The employee didn't believe me and immediately revealed PII (Personally identifiable information) to me about the person who purchased it including the purchaser's full legal name, address, phone number, and VIN. We purchased a 2020 model on 2/17/20 from a Honda dealership. The sales people we dealt with were very helpful. I spoke to R.C. on Thursday regarding canceling our extended warranty we purchased on 2/17/20. I asked that the money we paid for the extended warranty be put back on our credit card since this is how we paid for the warranty. Mr. C stated that he could not per American Honda policy. First, I have been a customer for 10+ years and have purchased two vehicles from them. My cars have ONLY gone to DWV for services. My last two experiences have been more than frustrating and both times frustrating beyond belief. I simply lost trust/faith with this dealership.

Jerome M***** (Toyota Service Manager) is the most disrespectful and unprofessional manager I've ever interfaced with. He has altered Rick Hendrick Toyota (Fayetteville NC) Service department into an mediocre establishment that I can no longer support after 16 years of being a faithful customer.
