I purchased a bed cover for my 2020 GMC ****** from the *********** location. A particular part kept falling off and I tried to get them to repair or replace it within a year of making the purchase. I was ghosted by one service manager, a new service manager was hired and he saw the problem himself and said he would see what could be done. I have not seen any further action leading to resolution after several months!

In 2019 I purchased a Lexus from Woodbridge Hendrick ****** I also purchased a maintenance plan that included a numbered amount of free oil changes. Last Friday, February 25th, Hendrick ***** called me and said it was time for an oil change. Hendrick ************************* called me one morning to notify me that a car that I was waiting to arrive was there and I can come look at it. They made me an appointment for that afternoon and I drove to the dealership to find that the car was never there and. On 1/31/22 I took my vehicle to Acura Nation on Rinehart Rd in Sanford, FL. The tech that been working on my car for the past two years installed a radiator. I just recently found out that the technician use a silicone or some type of sealant to Cover a hole and set it on top of my reservoir and I kept smelling coolant strong while driving my vehicle and come to find out it was installed in properly and my car is still leaking coolant. I traded in a vehicle and purchased a used truck from **** Hendrick on 1/14/22. I told them I wanted to finance the vehicle through chartway since that's who I bank with and they said that wouldn't be a problem as they deal with chartway directly. They ended up financing the vehicle through ******* and when I asked why, I was told that chartway was asking for a $4000 down payment were as ******* only wanted a $2000 down payment. I just bought a 2018 CRV from ***** of *********. After taxes it was over $32,000. When we got the car home we noticed the rear parking light was cracked. THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. This is the response, " I saw your message so I went to speak with my fixed operations manager about this. He let me know with the ***** Certification they go through a long process of making sure the vehicle is in compliance with the requirements. Horrible customer service and communication in the ******************* I paid $$$ for a repair that supposedly fix the problem to have the same issues 2 months later. Even the Service Manager ******************* has horrible customer service.

Lost faith with Acura. Purchased a brand new 2017 MDX with Mcgrath of Downtown. Problems left and right. Warranty fixed it but alot of wasted time for a "brand new car". I wonder if my MDX was built on a "Monday".... either way. A few months ago my passenger side inner tail light went out. Called service and left a voicemail. Didn't hear back. Phenomenal customer service! I had traveled back home from Georgia and one of my tires wasn't holding air. From start to finish every member of the Acura team was "all in" with helping figure out what was wrong and getting it taken of. Between ***** ***** and **** (who took the video once he discovered the issue), this was the best customer service I have had in years. Possibly, the best customer service ever.
