Not good, the DM Todd R*** at Rick Hendrick dodge jeep in Duluth said he would help us with an issue we were having with our vehicle. He walked out the side door got in a car and left the dealership with us sitting there. Never returned. Our 2019 Jeep is driving when our foot is on the break. We only had this vehicle for two weeks. *********

I was getting oil service on my 2013 Honda CRV in September/October of 2018. I was told this was my last complimentary oil service. I explained that I was told when I purchased the car that it was for the life of the car. and they said no. Silly me for not getting that in writing. They took my car back and my "handler" came back shortly and told me the repair tech broke a screw on one of my tires and that I would have to pay my deductible of $100 to have it fixed. Avoid this dealership their finance department is not honest. Recently purchased a vehicle from Hendrick Nissian and was told only on e lender was willing to finance the car. From the letters received from the other potential lenders ther were teo others that would of financed the vehicle under different terms. These lenders were not even offered. My personal opinion is the finance department representative was only out to make sure that he or she would receive the highest kick back possible.

My experience here with the service department was terrible. I do not believe they were honest and fair with me. My truck would not crank, I tried several things myself to fix this including changing the spark plugs. I gave up, and had it towed in to Rick Hendrick Dodge. They told me a sensor was bad. They called me back and told me I had also gapped the plugs wrong. But I had gapped them to the correct gap. I asked them what gap they had set them to. ZERO STARS!!!This was the first time my husband and I went to purchase a car from a dearlership.Let me just say this....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!This company sold us a car that is involved with a fraud situation on the person who traded it in to them.We had no knowledge of this.We got the car on thursday.Contract signed and payment in full made to Rick Hendrick's Dealership.By MONDAY....NO JOKE they called me in told me I had to turn the car back in.I only had the car 4 freaking days.In too add in, we sold our own car that same... read more

I bought my Mini from Mini Mall of Georgia last summer. Customer service since then has been exceptional. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Great service!

I bought certified pre-owned Pilot 2016 AWD from Family Toyota of Burleson, TX with extended warranty. A week later I realized that the auto dimming is not working. I talked to the dealership(Family Toyota of Burleson) which is 70miles from my home, they advised me to take it to your nearer Honda dealership and get the details. I went to Honda Cars of McKinney, TX and Mr. Jeff looked into the issue and said it will be $129+tax($142) for the diagnostics fees. i tried to get a test drive scheduled. i used their online contact form and asked to communicate via email. few minutes later i get a phone call. a couple hours later, another phone call. i answer this one and tell the rep to take me off whatever list i was on and to not contact me again. i do not trust anyone that doesn't even honor their own internal communication preferences and i'm not going to commit to 5 years of paying for something from a company i don't trust. i thought it was done their and i moved on with my sea... read more

I came to buy a vehicle and was placed with a lovely young lady (that was new to the company) after I chose my car it was time for the negotiation part. She went and got a "finance manager" he worked with me and even talked me into buying the car after i changed my mind a day later.
