I bought a 2021 RDX FROM Jackson Acura after reading reviews and talking to other buyers. That experience was great but the service **** earns an F. They ordered a part for a malfunctioning window - ordered the wrong part. 2nd try was back ordered for months. Then they lost the order and had no way to trace it. hello, I wanted to start by beginning I purchase a 2015 TLX in this location in 2018 this vehicle after I purchase it I started to do a noise which is it's called an elephant noise also the vehicle does Kicks that you can feel it inside the car However this vehicle has been in the shop since I bought it in and out the transmission was changed twice I currently to the service department and now the vehicle slow starting to making the noise again and it still kicks

Have owned 4 Acuras over the yrs, all serviced by Ferman Acura on Florida Ave. I loved Furman, love my Acura's. But... Since Maus took over, hate going there. Hate it. Maus has NO clue what Customer Service is. Robert my service advisor is great, no complaints with him, but... Haven't been in one time Not Once since Maus took over that they haven't 'found' multiple other expensive things 'wrong'with my car. Dishonest and deceptive company. I had my mini in for service 6 months ago; they said the back brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. They only had ***** miles on them Clearly a scam. Then last week I went to buy a BWM and after I came to an agreement, the salesman called me two hours later to tell me the car was sold 10 mins before I even walked in.Car dealers typically get a bad reputation but Hendricks truly deserves it.

I bought my 2012 Equinox from ***** in May 2021. He was honest and helpful. I really appreciate that he was very transparent during my buying process.
