I will give them 0 stars. This place is a rip-off. Their Mechanics don't know how to fix their own cars. My car has a battery/electric problem and I have taken my car for the same service close to a two year period and my. AR still have the same problem. They even told me it was the car computer, I paid them for other service and my car still have the same problem ??. I had a appointment scheduled way in advance Tires, tuneup, inspection Appointment time was for 2:00 As of 5:30 I'm still sitting here in Lobby My husband & I have purchased several vehicles from this location As of today WERE DONE ! I will be getting another Yukon in January, we will buy dealership that appreciates its customers! DONE !!!!!

I had a coupon for a 44 .00 oil change and i still was charged 80.00 due to some technicality
The service department at this dealership will try to fraud you out money for extra work that they claim needs to be done on your vehicle. They tried to tell me that my vehicle had an oil leak and needed a new oil pan. They even put my vehicle on the lift and showed me the "leak." I looked at my driveway this morning and it is completely dry. They put some type of liquid on my oil pan to appear like it was leaking. They are fraudulent mechanics.
