I would seriously recommend Concord of Kia. I was wanting to get our of my car because I felt like I was riding on the ground in my other car and Clayton, the manager and the finance manager were very receptive of my wants in a car. I will start out by saying I went to Kia of Concord to look at purchasing a car because my friend recommended. I went and that night I found the car I wanted. I was so happy. I went home and then my bank said they would not do the deal for that amount. I was so heartbroken and disappointed. Purchased a car from the Kia store in ******** North Carolina the experience went very well my sales person was Clayton C****** very professional sales person got me the color that I wanted and the interior color that I want he went over and above to try to make me happy I was very pleased and I would buy again.

I absolutely recommend them I love my Kia optima!!!! Clayton got me exactly what I wanted within my budget.. He was very professional and amazing. Long story short, we purchased the car on Friday. We didn't bring it home as it had to go through your multi-point inspection when transferring from one dealership to another. (This wasn't told until after the papers were signed) but we were understanding because we didn't have the down payment on hand. Saturday morning came, I asked my sales agent when the car would be done. The first answer was MONDAY. Absurd. I do not know who would purchase a car and can't bring it home the same day. This dealership is a bunch of thieves. They refused to show me anything in writing and said I can see in in finance on the contract once everything is finalized. Once I insisted I will not move forward with the deal they admitted the terms were not as I asked and said they would not do the deal based on what they offered. Completely lied and wasted my time. Save your money and go to another dealership. Do not support thieves.

We have spoken to this customer and I assured her that we would refund her entire down payment of $1000. When we spoke last Thursday I told her that we would be sending the check out this week. The check is being sent FedEx and I will provide the tracking number once I receive it.
