Took in my wife's CPO 2017 Tiguan on May 8, 2021 for an oil change and for them to look at the roof visor that stopped working. Not being aware of the fact that her car was a Certified pre owned I was told if would cost 170 dollars just to diagnose the issue with the visor. I reluctantly agreed and about 20 minutes later I told them to stop as I changed my mind. They tried to charge me 85 dollars just for their 15-20 minutes of "work". OMG. How more pathetic can this place be? I bought a car from them in 2016, that broke down on the side of the road a year later. SERVICE DEPARTMENT-New to the area, 1st time there. Had an appt. and dropped my MDX off at 0800 and they did not even look at it until the afternoon of the next day. I had to call to try to find out what what going on with my car and they made excuses and told me it was being evaluated when it was clear it was not at that time. A few years ago, my husband purchased a new Malibu from Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. At the time, the salesman kept telling us that he was giving my husband a good deal on the vehicle which was a lie!!!!!! They took advantage of the fact that my husband needed another car right then as his old one was flooded out during the hurricane. I took my car in for an oil change 1/2/2021. When the dealership handed the can back to me, I noticed a funny smell in my car. ( My oil smelled like DIFFERENTIAL oil ). Do not purchase a car from this dealership. They lack integrity in the finance office. I have great credit and was buying a car only to commute in and they had charges that were not disclosed to me. Didn’t really show me a lot of paperwork and handed me a flash drive 3 days after transaction. I had to request that they open flash drive only to discover that it was 25 pages and I clearly didn’t see 25 pages when I was going through with the transaction.
