Fraudulent and very rudedidn't let me talk, was too worried about making a deal that they couldnt deliver! The sales ******************* ran my credit on vehicles that I never approved, we all know this is not ok on any level! I never authorized you to run my credit for any other vehicle than I was inquiring about! Bait and switch method! My memorable experience with Hendrick Luxury Collision Center (HLCC) started on May 26th, 2021, after an accident, resulting in the need of repair to the front left of my 2020 Tesla Model 3. My car was totaled and Acura financial told me to reach out to my branch for a refund for my warranty because I only accumulated 50,000 miles and warranty covers 100,000 miles. When I called dealership I was given the runaround for 4 days and today manager called to tell me because I didn’t pay for warranty straight up and paid for it within 72 months that I’m not owed anything. I purchased a 2009 Honda CRV on 04/06/2021. The car was listed for sale, appointment to view was made and upon arrival, the car was locked, filled with personal items and obviously not ready to be test driven. The Finance officer was rude, pushy and deceitful. He was agitated that I did not feel comfortable purchasing the car before even sitting in it. I left. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told my step bars would be in the next week. It has been a month and nobody knows where they are or the tracking of them. It is so unfair because my salesman Guisseppe Pagano knew I had small kids and that the family vehicle I bought (Suburban) would transport them. I can not get a clear answer besides wait. WARNING ! They bring shame to ACURA brand! Excessive prep dealer's fee added to the price of the car ( in my case1295.00). Internet price is a scam ! This is only to get you to their door. Then they add ridicules high dealer hidden fee for vacuum and washing your car. Fee what is already included in the price of the car and which is reimbursed by manufacturer to the dealer. Took my Crosstrek to Hendrick at Southpoint to have the Starlink and GPS updated. Made the appointment online and entered these two items as needing to be done. The service rep asked me what I needed done at the time of drop off. I told her Starlink and GPS updates. She said ok and I left the vehicle. She also told me I would get a complimentary car wash and the interior vacuumed. When I reviewed the bill at pickup it didn't reflect the GPS update. It is never too late to file a complaint with the State Attorney General at www.consumer.georgia.gov. When a car dealer gets a certain number of complaints, the dealer will be fined by the State of Georgia, and its franchise license may be revoked. So, don't let the owner of the Gwinnett Place Honda tell you that, " He is the boss. Nothing you can do." Dealership applied a traditional 'bait and switch' tactic on pricing. This is one of several challenges I had. Multiple promises made by dealer's representatives went unfulfilled. Unfortunately, due to their tactics, I felt forced to complete a new purchase v walking away.
