The financial advisor here ran my credit two extra times without my consent so now I have 3 hard inquiries on my credit when there only should be one! They jacked up the prices for me to buy something out of range and were completely hard to work with. Even the cars that they said had a clean motor sputtered upon acceleration. The worst experience purchased a vehicle on 5/6/2021 and been receiving misleading information no one return my phone calls my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks nothing got fixed this is by far the worst dealership I've ever been to.

I recently had a tire that was leaking air. I called parts depot to see about getting it changed out. They had to order tire. Came in that day. Was told I needed to speak to service to make an appointment. The service girl said it would be a week before I could get it. I explained that my tire was going flat. I have no spare and my son rides with me everywhere. I told her I was very concerned about the safety of the tire and if i got stuck alone with it on the side of the road. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for our new 2021 chevy having some issues, we also requested an oil change, went over to my appt and dropped the vehicle Saturday morning, by Monday i called to check on the car since i need it one to work, after 3 calls and no response we had to have someone drive us to the dealer and still nothing was done not even the oil change, we spoke to Brian the service manager and he said he couldn't do anything to solve my issue (even though it was a warranty issue) and to tale my car, after that ... read more

I bought my Acura from dealer over 10 years ago. I purchased ( or was TOLD I purchased) the nitrogen air and only had to come to this Acura to have my tires filled. That’s what I have been doing since my purchase. Today I come up to get air and I’m told 1. I have to pay for it and 2. I’ve only been getting air…There is always something misleading about this Acura. They change and say anything at any given moment. I don’t believe in this Acura and will never buy from here again….STAY AWAY

Never buy a car from here. They will never find an issue with your car while its under warranty. They will wait to the very end after the car is out of warranty to actually and try to find the issue. NEVER will buy a kia from anyone again, to many issues. I just recently seen they put out a recall for the kia forte and apparently my car is not covered under the recall because it is a 1.8. Even though i have the exact issues they state in the recall for the 2.0. Makes absolutely no sense.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado from Hendrick Chevrolet in Durham, NC. Less than a week later, a crack appeared across the windshield. Hendrick said that they would replace it and put me off. In June I finally went through my insurance and replaced it. Also, I refused all of the extra packages they offered me. When my loan bill came in, the amount was $6,000.00 higher than the agreed on price. It turns out that the dealership added in those packages without my knowledge. Service Department always trying to sell additional services. This time, they suggested replacing an almost new front tire because a common staple was in the thread. I asked to see the tire and was able to just flick the staple off. A less "savvy" consumer, mom, etc., would have been alarmed by the potential of having a flat tire and may have consented to replacing the existing--and excellent--tire. RIDICULOUS!
