Jamil Raasad and *********************** are scammers. The whole finance and sales team as well. I was promised leather for the purchase of my new traverse. However, after I picked up the car (was told I could bring it back after the leather arrived.) They refused to fulfil their part of the deal. Thia dealership does not even deserve 1 star. They sold me a truck that they didn't have. Contract signed by dealership and customer. Horrible customer service, this has been going on over 2 weeks. I was just told today that if they cannot help find another truck in a few days then that is it. Disgusting and the general manager **** will NOT return my calls. Left a message for him 6 days ago.
The Auto Dealer will not provide rebates on previously purchased extended warranty. I bought a hundred thousand mile warranty seven years ago and just sold the car with 21 thousand miles on it. They owe me approx 200 dollars and will not respond to repeated calls for my rebate / refund. They are such inconsiderate people with a total lack of business ethics. Do not buy cars or warranties from these people.*******

Purchased a Toyota Camry on August 23, 2021. Here it is October 25 still haven’t got my tag. Still haven’t gotten the payment slip from Southeast Toyota Finical because the dealer never sent them my loan. Now the dealer is saying that they’re holding up the process of my tag unit I make a payment for a loan that SETF says I don’t have???
Salesman Paul D******** added the payoff on my car into my new loan when the car was supposed to be paid off by the Dealer
I work at a competitor dealership in **********. ****** and crew were very straight forward, easy to work with when purchasing my new car this past weekend. They are fairly priced and work with you to ensure you get the value you need to be happy. I would buy from them again if/when I am in the market again.Thanks ******
