Bought my car from here and got a great price on it and an overall good experience. Took it in for service whenever needed and never had any issues. Suddenly, my car began making a terrible noise that I could not diagnose. Took it up to crown acura and they figured out in 10 minutes it was my CATALYTIC CONVERTER (45k miles on car). Customers should be aware of this business' shady business practices. I agreed to a handshake price multiple times, in writing with the salesperson, who indicated that his management had agreed to the price. I took the car to a mechanic to be sure it was in good working order. When I returned to conclude the deal, he raised the price by $1000. Spoke with a salesman on 2-8-2022 and he gave me the asking price of a suburban they have in transit. He said that if I would come to the dealership they would value my trade and deliver the new suburban when it arrived later this month. i made an appointment for the next day, 2-9-22. I text him before driving 2 hours to make sure the vehicle was available for purchase. He called me and said the vehicle was available but the price was $10,000-$12,000 more than he told me. This Acura dealership does not provide the level of customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at other Acura dealerships in the DFW metroplex! I found a used car I wanted to purchase. I called to ensure the vehicle was still available and physically there, and I also made an appointment. I drove over an hour to the dealership! We bought a used car from Hendricks of **********. We also purchased a road service agreement. A 10 year policy. In early December of 2021 we were out of state and called the listed number on the policy and was told we would get a call back. Never happened. Called again and was told to call the dealership. We did twice....neither time did we receive a call back. Nothing. HENDRICKS *** IS A HORRIBLE OUTFIT. SERVICE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY AND FOLKS WORKING IN SERVICE ARE NOT GENUINE AT ALL. THEY TRULY HAVE LOST SIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAD SERVICE THERE. FIRST TIME THEY WOULDN'T REPAIR A SLOW LEAK IN MY TIRE AND CHARGED ME $500 FOR A NEW TIRE.
