Be prepared to fight tooth and nail if anything goes wrong with your vehicle. They use third party to install things and then if something happens with it, it's not their responsibility because it was a third party install. They leave trunks/windows down during rain and when the interiors get water damaged it's not their responsibility to fix, and everyone there act like children and say things like it's not their problem. They do not do what they say, been trying to get a key for my car I bought there for almost a month no one returns my calls Or take care of the problem I guess I'm having to go to court to take care of this matterI've been in retail and a lot of jobs in my lifetime and never treated my customers post purchased like this I will not consider buying a car from them again hope y'all will do as well

We purchased our car from Hendricks in Duluth, Georgia. This was the worst auto purchase that we have ever encountered. 1st we got there with our own financing and the car that we were interested in. This was the only car we wanted to see. It was a 2017 Mustang, sold to us as used with 3200 miles on it in 2018. We even purchased the extended aftermarket warranty that we were told would cover bumper to bumper. I have asked for a response 6 times, from both the service manager and store manager, (overcharge, no return of failed parts, etc.0 and nothing. Most pathetic experience I have ever had with a dealer. Have had GM products for over 50 years and will never purchase one in the future based on this experience.

The Rick Hendrick dodge dealership in Duluth just took our car after 30 days of being under contract. Refused to give us our down payment check back. Everything this company just put our family thru was illegal. I would never for any reason but anything from this company again. This entire company should be ashamed

Went in for two recalls, waited 45 minutes for a ride to Enterprise to pick up a car... Then waited for an hour to see the Finance Manager to get a refund on an OIL SERVICE AGREEMENT, that was sold for a car we had in our fleet at one time. It was a Lemon that was Purchased at Hendrick. Anyway the oil to be used was regular oil, and oil the car requires per FCA is FULL SYNTHETIC. Anyway, they denied the refund. So will never go back there not even for service...
