Jerome M***** (Toyota Service Manager) is the most disrespectful and unprofessional manager I've ever interfaced with. He has altered Rick Hendrick Toyota (Fayetteville NC) Service department into an mediocre establishment that I can no longer support after 16 years of being a faithful customer. I will be advising my peers, social media and everyone of the practices that are being carried out here. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. TOOK 54 DAYS TO GET TITLE FOR A CAR WE PAID CASH FOR. DEALERSHIP NEVER KEPT US INFORMED, WE HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY TIME. FINALLY GOT LEXUS CORPORATE INVOLVED.

Purchased a used car from them, got it home, and it was missing some of the advertised options on the car. Lexus of ********** kept giving me the run around, so I contacted the corporate office using the Hendrick Cares support, and they put me back in contact with the dealership that I was having issues with. Had I known they didn't care, I wouldn't have wasted my time reaching out to them, getting a claim number, and contact information for them. We apologize that Mr. ****** was not happy with the resolution. Our Client Care department serves a a median between the dealership and the customer. The goal is for the dealership to resolve the issue within reason. Our Corporate Office does not negotiate pricing or handle the inner workings of a deal. In this particular case, we believe that the dealership was fair with their offer to resolve. We do care about all of our customers and we apologize that Mr. ****** feels this way.

They will say whatever it takes to sell you a car. We purchased a brand new 2019 Z06 on December 26, 2019. We drove it off the parking lot and got onto the hwy and noticed it had a shake in it (when you buy these corvettes they have you drive like cars to keep the miles down on the original car) and called them to tell them about it. They told us to drive it 1,000 to 1,500 miles as it is probably due to it sitting and if it was still there take it in that they would take care of it. They will tell you anything to get you to come in and then try to rip you off so people if you go there take a calculator they advertise low prices on internet and then try to charge you 10 to 20 thousand over the internet price

I was a victim of the old bate and switch told the car was in and showed up the car was not there I was told sence I was a great loyal customer that I would be up grade to a LZ2 well they bring me a LZ1 ok I drive it and told them I would like to do a deal on it after waiting 6 hours they say o if we had the car u was looking for the first time we could do the pay ment your looking for but this car dont have the rebates and its hier I don't ask for upgrade just told I would get it. Avoid service center. Not upfront about costs, extra maintenance, add ons, or time estimate. 3 hours longer than expected, 1.5 hours late. Quoted 1,000$ than other local dealership. Waste of time and $.

"BUYER BEWARE" They do the bait and switch. They advertise a price for a vehicle all over the internet then when you get there they tell you the price is only if you qualify for certain rebates. No where on ******** or ********** does it yes anything about this. It just states what the price is. They tried this to me over the summer. I went to walkout and then they honored the pricing. Now we are looking for a new vehicle for my wife and they tried the same BS. I'm done trying to deal locally. Going back to when I purchased... read more
