BUYER BEWARE!Can't recommend this dealer.Purchased a used 22 Acura MDX loaner with 4k miles. **** the course of 2 days, I realized the car didn't have some features I was looking for. Heated steering wheel and ventilated seats etc. My fault for not looking over every single button.That being said, I took it back to the dealer, and they gave me a huge runaround with excuses and then overcharging for another vehicle I was interested in. I bought a brand new 22 ***** Accord from this dealership about a month ago. A few weeks after I bought it, the Tire Pressure Sensor light came on. I checked all the tire pressures and they were all reading at what they were supposed to be on. I looked on the manual and it said if your tire pressures were good then you can recalibrate the Tire Pressure Sensor. I purchased a used vehicle **/** from Acura of Columbus for my son for Christmas. Fast forward to after Christmas when I gifted the car to my son and I took it for maintenance and today after having a fuel leak. The shop informs me there is severe rust under the vehicle, so bad that they will need to replace fuel tank because it has a hole in it. The engine and rest of underside is severely rusted as well and will eventually cost me thousands in repairs as parts completely fail due to rust. Some parts may not even be repaira... read more

I was willing to pay full price for a pre-owned car listed online, but the dealership REFUSED to sell me the car for the advertised price. The only way they would sell would be if I paid an additional $1495 "reconditioning fee" as well as a $349 "ZakTek protection fee", both of which are bogus add-on fees and were not part of the advertised price. As we found out with **********, this is FALSE ADVERTISING and I will be submitting a complaint to the ** Attorney General immediately.

we scheduled a "concierge appointment" for my sick dad so he did not have to wait hours in the service department that they extremely overbook on a routine basis.. the concierge driver came and picked up the car one week earlier than the appointment. When I called to get the status I was yelled at by the "service rep" 'well your appointment is not until another week from today. I had to call three times to insist they bring the vehicle back home. I purchased a car from John Eagle Acura and the deal was done I paid 7000 $ as down and the rest was financed but somehow my loan was denied by wells Fargo banks because I have some other loans. the finance director Joesph Corey called me to that I have another bank ready and that all you need is to come and sign the paperwork for the bank. I went in with an issue a few days back and was contacted by the Customer Relations, ******** who kept in contact with me, constantly updated me on any news and made time to meet with me to discuss my views on the situation I was having. Biggest CON in the dealership industry. Ordered a Brand new custom built 2022 ***** **** diesel truck from Hendrick automotive group in ****** ** in November 2021 and was given monthly updates from my salesman.
