I was called into the dealership for an appraisal on my extremely well maintained and garage kept vehicle. I explicitly mentioned that unless they matched or went above CarMax’s offer to not bother contacting me for an appraisal. They said to bring it in and offered me $10,000 less than what the KBB value is. They also test drove the vehicle out in the rain and got the interior dirty, so that’s an extra expense out my pocket. Yesterday, 7/1/22, me and my fianc (both active duty Navy) were traveling from **************, ** to ********. While passing through ********** suddenly our 2015 Outback broke down leaving ** stranded on the side of the road. The only good part is the actual car. I just wish I could have ordered it from a better dealership.I reached out to Hendrick in August 2021 about special ordering a CT5V Blackwing. They stated they had allocation and took my order. Throughout the months I was in contact with my salesman and he would let me know if he saw any updates on my car. I started the day with a car that wouldnt start and a tight schedule. The team at this dealership went above and beyond- sent out a tech to get my car started. I cant thank the staff enough for saving my day!
Hendrick ***** of ********** wont answer email or admit fault.A month ago my power steering pump FELL OFF,,, (this is not supposed to happen.) one bolt was not replaced when these guys replaced my timing belt last year. Causing the other bolt to shear off at the block. We ended up breaking down in ************. The tow, repair and over nite stay was costly. All I ask is for a courteous response from ANYONE at this dealership..I would not recommend anyone trusting their services at this time.
I recently took my Acura MDX to Acura Carland because the A/C would get cold for a few minutes and would start blowing hot air. On Saturday, 06/11/2022 I took the car to have Acura Carland check the A/C, on the same day we were told that it was the compressor and it should be ready on that following Monday. 5 days later we were told that the car was ready for pickup.We went to get the car after the compressor was supposedly replaced. Business response:
When a compressor is bad it puts a strain on the electrical components including the relay contacts. We tested the compressor by putting power directly to it and found the compressor was bad and we replaced it.. Unfortunately we could not see that the relay had put under too much strain, so after the short bit of use it failed. We would be happy to speak with the owner at their convience.
