I don't think they are changing people's oil I think they are just pretending to so the engines will go bad and they can sell more cars I would like to see a comparison of how many oil services they sell and how much waste oil they disposed of.
They sold me a bad car but sent a record right away to pick it up an told me to come uo so we could figure out what we are going to do they told me right away they could either put a motor in it or help me on a new car, i went a new car an im so thankful for them helping me out Justin F***,Zac T***** , Giuseppe p***** , Tiffany P****** an Giovanni R*** helped as to getting the problem resolved in getting this solved am very pleased with there team. The worst place to buy a car. When buying a used Tahoe we wanted it certified, which they did. 12 hours later our transmission went out. After going back and forth about them fixing it they agreed to let us back out and refund our money. A week later we're still waiting on our refund check and the refund to our credit card that was used in the purchase as well. Customer service here is beyond awful. I am on my 3rd new BMW so obviously I love the vehicle. Quality service is dependent on location. Typically I have taken my car to the North Austin location and the service is good although there is some attitude especially with some of the attendants. However, recently I went to the South Austin location. My service advisor was Garrett who is great and top notch. I am sharing this to make others aware of an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing following the recent purchase of my 2020 Corolla Hatchback in June at Hendrick Toyota of Apex. The initial sale seemed to go well and our sales associate was great. At that time the business manager Angelo T**** offered the option to delay the first car payment for 90 days. Rick Hendricks Chevrolet unprofessional behavior/ethics failed to communicate information that caused me as a potential consumer wasted time and money. Purchased a new 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Duramax on June 25th 2020. After driving off the lot with only 19 miles on the vehicle, i had to call on June 28th with issues of it feeling like to rear end fell out from the truck. Service told me it was a recall on leaf spring bolts not being torqued to spec. (Remind you i am in MB with my 5th wheel RV by this point). Was told it should be ok until I returned. I bought a new 2019 Jeep renegade in October. I was involved in a car accident and my jeep was totaled. I was shocked to find out I didn't have gap insurance nor was it offered at the time of purchase. I know have 8k of negative equity I am responsible for paying. How does a car dealership not offer gap insurance on a brand new vehicle. I'm screwed now because I can't get financed for another vehicle.
