Horrible service experience. Made an appointment detailing the specific repair items I needed. Show up to the appointment. Greeter person confirms my appointment and says service advisor is with another customer so please wait in the lobby. Between my husband and I we have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Each time we have worked with the nicest people who truly took care of us each step of the way, With the amount of technology in vehicles nowadays it is so important to understand what your vehicle can do in order to operate it to the fullest. Bought a 2019 from a dealer. Had it less than a year and the motor blew, the dealer AND **************** told me to kick rocks. Now I'm upside down $15,000 on this car. I expect to hear from corporate, otherwise we are going to court!
Used vehicle broke down less than 24 hours after purchase. Kept getting false promises for resolve by management and customer service even with the warranty, would never purchase from them again.

Financial managers will change your financial institutions even after i was already approved prior to going to the dealership, without notifying me. I ended up with a completely different bank than when I walked into the office and requested to use it. I bought a 2022, and after a week of having the car, they did not allow me to return it. If someone is making a big investment, they should be allowed at least a week or two to change their minds. I have serviced my vehicle here multiple times and have had ******************* with *******************. He is very informative and explains all the service language in detail each time I visit. I will definitely consider buying a vehicle from them when that time comes.
Grubbs Acura - Horrible customer service! I have purchased 10+ ******************************** over the years, all from *************************. In March 2022 I went into the dealership and placed an order on a vehicle and put down the non-refundable deposit and was told everything would be handled when the car was delivered to the dealership (trade-in, etc.) We received a few updates from the sales person along the way, but nothing concrete on the vehicle delivery until it came to the dealership offering to pick up the vehicle in SC and asked if it was okay on 6/29/22.
