The ***** dealership in ********** ** has been a nightmare to deal with. They purchased my lease (or at least so I was told) and then surrendered the vehicle to the other dealership after I left without my knowledge. We have brought our 2015 ***** Cruze in multiple times. Both times we made an appointment, it still took 3 or 4 days for them to even look at it. What is the point of making an appointment 6 - 10 days in advance, if you are still going to take another 4 days to look at it. After the first visit, they fixed a recall and the warranty covered the other issue. Days after, we started to see oil leaks where we parked the car. I took my Jeep to Hendrik thinking that it being OEM would get the Job done. I'll admit I was an idiot in telling them all I have is 2K and can't go over that. My car engine light was on and when they diagnosed it they said they needed to change some sort of tank and the cost on that was $800. My 19-year-old son traded his car and put down 5K and bought a 2019 **** Mustang. He drove it home and the engine threw a rod. We had it towed to the nearest **** in ******* and they said because the cold air intake was modified **** may nullify the manufacture warranty. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle from this location. She drove out to the dealership where she spoke with *****. They took her key to evaluate her trade, and when she wasnt happy with their offer, they would not give them back. They held her hostage for more than 2 hours.
