I usually do reviews whether its good or bad experience & First of all I don't think I'm gonna have enough room for my review!!!Purchased '16 *** from their sister store Carey, Nc. Signed paperwork 7/8/19, did not get our truck until 7/12/19. Was told many lies on delivery from the get go! Was told from Finance guy Steve & our sales Jeremy, that within 1st 30 days of purchase, any problems we will take care of. This is Hendrick Chevy in Hoover Alabama: I took my wife to get her a car. she drove 4 different cars and decided she wanted the Chevy Impala Premier. We were ready to make the deal when a guy came over "not our salesman" and said he could not sell me the car. I asked why. he said it had an engine problem that they did not know about and did not know how to fix it. I told him that the perception of this was not good. Hendrick Jaguar service department in Charlotte NC is a rip off. I took my vehicle for a full inspection back in February and I have been to them 4 times in less than 6 months for the same issue. The most recent visit, I took my car to them on a Saturday and did not hear anything from them in over 3 weeks even after I called corporate who informed me they would call back that day and it took them 2 more days to follow up with me just for a diagnostic(3 weeks for a diagnostic without any acknowledgment). From start to finish this has been a bad experience. The problem has not even ended after i backed away from vehicle purchase. I put insurance on the vehicle i was attempting to purchase, but never purchased said vehicle. Now all I need is a letter head stating i did not leave with the vehicle. To provide to my insurance company. But a task that takes 3 min at most has not been done after 3 days of asking. I have now reached out to there corporate office 2 times. They will run anyone whose credit they can get their hands on without proper authorization. They ran my credit for no reason.

I am sad to say after owning four BMWs and doing business with this company, they are not into customer care. I took my car in and paid $100 for a diagnostic. They told me I needed a part that cost $2K to install. My car being ten years old, I opted to replace with a used part for less. Hendrick does not sale used parts, so I went to a trained BMW mechanic. I incurred $130 in labor charges to replace the part, only to find out the part was NOT broken! Hendrick now refuses to give me the $130 back because I did not do busines... read more
