Bought a car from Hendricks off Independence in ********* Feb 2019, had to come back a day later to resign contract, navigation stopped working, issues seat belt, mold smell, went w/out car for 2 weeks, then 2/3 recalls, that should have been serviced and weren't, so when a car hits me , my work laptop gets destroyed and has to be repaired 8/2019. I bought a used 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Lt from a different dealership. 6 months ago. Two months in I start having issues. It randomly wouldn't start. I take it to one small mechanic and then they suggested to take it to Kendal Chevrolet. They found a loose battery terminal and that's all they could find. Does the same thing a week later. They throw in a new fuel pump two weeks later does it again. Then they clean the wiring harness connection. I take it to a different Mechanic after the 4th time and it sits in the shop. Practices Bait and Switch Tactics. I purchased a Dodge Charger **** Pack from Hendrick Automotive Group in *********************. I was lured in by an advertised price but upon arrival was told that the quote would not be honored as advertised. In addition, I was denied an additional employee discount offered to all employees who work for my employer (apparently I'm the exception - not sure why). Purchase a new **** HD truck,they never fix my radio that I paid extra for, one morning the truck leak all of the oil out on my driveway after they changed it.an now my sliding window wont close and no heat or defrost,and cant even get a manager to return my call .very bad customer service!!!!

Sold my Jeep, and requested refund of my warranty on 12/1/21. I have remained multiple times requesting the amount of my refund, and a ETA. Sure didnt take long to take my money. I paid for the Jeep and warranty in full the day I purchased my new Jeep. I guess once they have the money its not important to take care of their customers. Looking forward to hearing from someone. ********************* is the one who supposedly handled my refund. But I have not heard a word or gotten a response since.

There are misleading tell lies to there customers. I have been dealing with them for 3 years and they have messed me up fives times I am no longer going there for any business the last transaction was little aggravating. But then the sold me a vehicle that the service manager knew that should've been sold me and I had my 16 month old daughter with me pulling her in and out of the cold. Chris was and excellent service advisor. Did exactly what I asked of him, and was done in less time than I expected or was told. The entire staff was friendly and polite. A very pleasant experience! Will be back
