I was in the market for a used Accord. They had one advertised in my price range. Then I was told there would be additional fees for the following:GPS $398 Nitro tires $199 Used car value pkg $526 ( I was told it was a sealant...)Dealer admin fee $799 These bogus fees, on top of tax, increase the ADVERTISED PRICE by a lot. $199 for nitro fill tires?? I have a 2015 Camero brought it in March 2021 broke down in July 2021. Needed a rear end differential but GM has discontinued that part. So they end up fixing the broking pieces within the rear end. Here we go again November car back in the shop leaking oil from the rear end. They had to order more parts and it took a month to fix. In the meantime I still have to get to work so rented a car, they promise to pay only 5 days of rental. smh. Suppose to reimburse after the repair work is done. Worst experience 12/31/2021 I owned / purchased 7 vehicles in my lifetime so far. This was the worst group of individuals that I have ever encountered in all my years of purchasing vehicles. They are the most dishonest snakes I have ever met. I did the leg work and got a Preapproval from my bank and was told by Acura of Peoria that they do not accept outside financing. Went to the store on 12/30/2021 with my son looking to purchase a car, Test drove a red ***** Civic which had just been taken in on trade. The car was filthy and it was obvious it had not been prepped for sale. Was advised that rear struts had been ordered and would be installed. Tried to make a deal on the car. Per their website the $799 Admin Fee is included in the advertised price. We are sometimes skeptical of what type of honest service we will receive at a dealership. You have nothing to worry about with Maus Acura...especially if your service advisor is Robert. He is incredibly helpful in every way possible and you can rest assured your vehicle is in good hands.

Bait and switch. Won't be shopping here again. Went to look at a ***** Odyssey. We were told a manager had it at home. Negotiated a price. Then were told it sold but they had other cars that were just as good so now they had price information from us. We left. Then they called my sister to sell her the same car and emailed my father to sell it to him. The same car is still on their web site and Truecar 2 days later. Shameful! I don't like dishonest people

I went in for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they replaced the puddle lights on my 2021 TLX Advanced a second time, as it appears to be a common issue with this vehicle. My service representative was great as always. The waiting area was full with little social distancing.The service is very good as always. I just wish they would refresh and update the waiting area.
