1. Hendrick Kia is poor on communicating with you so make sure you contact them before thinking your car is ready. They will tell you it is just your phone they have trouble with. 2. They refuse to sell us a car that we can’t find anywhere else within a 350 mile radius…. Because they’re money hungry and only sell cars to people who will service them at their dealership. What a shame they turned down our $81,000 sale to make an extra buck on service. We’ve been loyal Volvo owners for over 15 years and now I will consider other brands first. We had a terrible experience and service with Charleston Hendricks Volvo.
I must say this Dealership is Very Beautiful!! nice neat and clean. The female sales person that assisted us was very nice but the sales manager has literally lost his mind. Went in for a routine oil change at Hendrick Mini on 10/7/21 that should have been covered under my 3 year “free maintenance” for my 2019 Mini Cooper S that I purchased brand new. Car only has 11,000 miles on it at this time. Was told about a 1.5 hour wait so I told service advisor, Jason S****, I would wait in lobby as it is a long distance to home. I have had numerous occasions when I have brought my car in for service here at East Bay BMW, and I have received my car back with incomplete or poorly done work. This has necessitated multiple return visits to fix problems they have caused or left unaddressed. Today was criminal, and I am warning you your car is in danger if you let them touch it.
