ALERT ! No Integrity , this is the place you have to be cautious and cannot shop with trust . In December 2020 I purchased a 2020 Kia Forte from Hendrick Kia in Cary NC. Elvin was my salesperson and Jayme in the Business Office. I also purchased some additional warranties. In February 2021 that car was totaled due to me being rear-ended . So in March of 2021 I went back to purchase another Kia, this time a 2021 Kia Forte. Stay away from this dealership when leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. If you need to do business with this dealership, be very careful when negotiating the details of a new lease or purchase of a new vehicle with the ****************, since I had a very negative experience. Worst car buying experience ever😡😡😡 The Salesman James was rude and deceitful. Purchased a New Rav4 from Hendrick's Toyota of North Charleston. I declined all the service agreements and dealer add ons yet it was added onto the total purchase that I financed. They made no apologies for attempting this fraud. Buyer beware and avoid this dealership.
