Might be the worst service in the history of the world. I had to speak with three different people and fill out some form on my phone to get my car towed. I had confirmed with the dealership that the tow would be covered by Hendrick Autogaurd, only to have ALL THREE Autoguard reps not be able to find me in the "system". Paid $196 out of pocket for the tow. Took me an hour to coordinate it. Absolutely moronic systematization. Their CTO should be fired.
I bought a car that was in transit to their location, and they acted in bad faith and sold my vehicle from under me and then told me that they would have the exact car that I had purchased sometime in January 2023. I came in with my Acura TLX to trade in and a pre-approved loan from my bank to purchase a vehicle. They did not like that I already had my loan and pressured me for hours to finance through them, but I declined their offer. This place have the most distasteful and dishonest people working here . I wish I didnt have to leave a star to leave this review. This place intentionally did things to car just to say it needed to be fixed to get money from me and they also charged me way more than they would charge others for things . DO NOT take your vehicle here . Im seeking legal advice so I can resolve my issue with them. Submitted a request for a battery jump start at ****. I got multiple texts stating there was a delay in assigning a service provider. After an hour of waiting I called for an update and was told it would take more than 75 minutes. Another 3 hours went by so I called for another update. I was told there is no pending request and I can submit a new one. I am left stranded with a dead vehicle and no help coming.
I purchased a used vehicle from them on 10/29/2022 im just received paperwork from them in regards to my tag and title which expire on 12/11/2022. On top of that Im just receiving a breakdown on the cost of the vehicle and my payments and stuff and they charged me a extra $3,000 dollars over the price that the vehicle was listed for. The vehicle was listed for a little over $28,000 but they charged me $31,500 for the vehicle. Poor business model. Sales manager changes agreement to suit his needs. ****** and dime stuff, but definitely not as straight forward as previous management team.Will buy elsewhere.
They performed a safety recall on my 2015 corrola. Replaced a wiring harness. I have been trying to get them to diagnose the other electrical problems that have been occuring ever since they did that repair. They refuse to even check out the problem even though I have a seven year extended warranty. They said that I have to pay $75.00 per issue concerning ten electrical problems caused by the improper installation of the recalled wireing harness.
Beware if your using insurance! You will be paying out of pocket for your rental car..need proof go read some of the over 600 Better Business Bureau complaints. I dropped my truck off on 10/18 was told it would take 23 days, and I guess the repair did take 23 days but they didnt start it until 11/7 a full 20 day before they started. Didnt receive one phone call or email that it would be a month before they started. I took my car in for a recall. The service **** installed a power steering pump, p/s pump fan, and a p/s hose clamp.The next morning upon warming up the car, power steering fluid was streaming from the p/s pump & hose connection, that they had made.I called *********** said to bring it in. I purchased p/s fluid & kept it topped off til the following Tuesday. The service advisor said all recalled parts were working properly and my deteriorated hoses are the issue.
