They sold me a vehicle that never passed emissions. My brakes was making noise 4 days after purchase. If if wasn't for the tag off letting me know that this vehicle has never passed emissions. It's with a really heavy heart that I even write this review I have shopped with *****************************'s ****** for at least 13 years with three different vehicles and the service of the last two to three years has been lacklustered best. They were extremely rude to me, and I like other reviewers felt discriminated against for being a woman. They also ran my credit twice, once with my permission, once without. When I called back to inquire on this, *** was very rude to me. Every single person that we spoke to was extremely rude, and one woman even commented on how poor we were and how she didn't understand why we were inquiring on such an "expensive" vehicle.
They put a vehicle for sale in autotrader and when I called they should have told me they do not honor prices listed on autotrader. I drove a whole hour from Durham just to waste my time. he sales men are so arrogant the organization is not interested in selling cars it is just a money laundering front.

The service department stole $915.95. They charged me for a part they never replaced. I spoke with their service manager and was 'assured' that the part was replaced but the original issue kept happening even after the Throttle body 'replacement'. Had a different mechanic check with his computer and same issue codes popped up with the throttle body and looked at the part. Worst customer service ever!! We chose this facility when a tree fell on my 2022 Acura. They are a certified Acura repair shop and could get our vehicle in the quickest compared to other shops. Funds from our insurance service were received by the collision center on June 1, 2022. They did not order parts until June 9, 2022. We were told they would not tow our car until all parts were received and they we ready to begin work. The week of June 15th we were told all parts were received with the exception of our windshield.
