My experience with Curry Acura was my worst experience ever. I live in in Queens but I work as a registered nurse in *******. While I was leaving work on 9/8/23 my car was unable to accelerate faster than 10 mph and I was getting prompts on the dash board to take the car to an Acura dealership. They are completely ignorant of what they are doing. I bought a brand new Jeep from them. I made an appointment for an oil change one week in advance. I arrived on time and they send you a text so you can follow the status of your work. What a joke! It said my work was completed at 2:54 pm and at 3:34 pm, I received a text that they were sending someone to get the oil for my vehicle. I dont understand. I dont know where to begin but we are grown people a deal is a deal. I was literally bullied into giving a good review for bad service. Check Engine Light come on on a car that had less than 10 miles they agreed to fix the issue and give me a check for my troubles. Car fix no check for my troubles all they want is a quick sale with no real customer satisfaction. Disgusting. This was my experience with **** Hendrick in ****** **

Absolutely disappointed . I spent way too long waiting, and that was for them to give me my car back without any coolant, and without the locks working! They accidentally pulled the wires from the harness when lubricating a switch (wow), making me have to drive all the way back (30 minutes) and have the manager fix it, who apologized and I dont think it was he who did it obviously, he seemed irritated at that mistake. Let me tell you how I got LEMONIZED by Antonio Acura. They don't honor 60 day warranty! They use semantics about language to stick you! Known Hidden defects underneath your vehicle that you won't see in a test ride or walk around the vehicle. AFTER the sale, they give you an inspection document that shows all the areas that they inspected giving you a false sense of security. We purchased a 2023 Yukon from this dealership on 14 September 2023 and it is currently 11 Oct 2023 and our trade in has yet to be paid off so I am making 2 vehicle payments and no one can answer why our trade in has not been paid off. Unfavorable experience at @Grubbs Acura, ********* ** We drove 3 hours from *** to check a preowned SUV @ Grubbs Acura. Absolute scummy dealership. My girlfriend went in because she found a ***** she really liked and that she's been looking for. So we sit down with the sales rep who sat there "crunching" the numbers, keeping it out of our site, sure enough he turns it around finally and it was loaded with insanely expensive and absolutely unnecessary "addons" trying to sneak them into her payments.
