The employee are really friendly confutable to talk with really professional, hospital clean.. They are really caring for there patients.. They make there patients feel good..
Most of my was very helpful and friendly, but one was ugly to me telling others I was asking all the time for pain meds when I never asked for any . She was saying I was facing when in fact I just had a very major back surgery. Left me in the bath alone when I told her I was very weak and bleeding from my insision
I had to be moved from a different floor because MY tech decided to break hippa law and discuss my medical info with another patient. The nurses were nasty and funky towards me. Acted as if I was not a priority or I was not as important as the other patients. I went a whole day without food because they forgot to send me a tray. Its horrible food any way. But just because we're in the hospital doesn't mean we want to eat slop. Next time I get sick I will not be coming to Hillcrest EVER again. The only people who are nice and... read more
Nearly died of boredom.
Hillcrest has some of the most amazing and caring Anesthesia staff in the state. I want to say thanks for taking care of me, my husband and my kids over the last six years! Truly, one of the best experiences that our family has ever had at a Health care institution. Thank you Hillcrest and to all the great CRNA's that took care of myself and my family! God bless you all!
Most awful experience I have ever had in a hospital for a loved one. Make sure family stays on top of the staff and speak up and stay with your patient. Will never go back there again for family. I am paying this forward for the next patient.
Very nice! Super helpful. Waited and made sure the correct people were available to do my husbands procedure correctly. Loved this ER. Makes all the other ones suck!!
