I took my one month old daughter to hilcrest who had been throwing up all day and night and who had been constantly screaming in pain all day and not sleeping at all! When we got there i had to wait for 5 hours in the waiting room with a screaming one month old!! How did they know it wasn't something serious while they were taking their sweet time?? All I have to say is that they lost my mom two times. They didn't let us know the released her so when I went up to see her we couldn't find her. Took us 30 min to find out they sent her to a new location. Then where they sent her sent her back for more treatment. When they were sending her down for surgery I wasn't there, so I went to surgery waiting to and let them know to let the doctors know I was there. That way when they got done with surgery they could come and talk to me and not call me on the phone. They didn't have... read more
I found the staff very caring and attentive. Several went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and understood what was going on. I was very pleased with my care. Thank you Hilcrest!
I am still here everyone is very nice i was feeling pretty down this afternoon and one of the nurses notice she ask if i needed ahug l started to cry and she started to. Pray for me and gave me a hug talk about a lift in spirit l got so yes i like Hillcrest and also the Doctors. Are very caring. Well what can i say but every one is caring
