I went in for a hysterectomy. I absolutely loved the RNs. They were so Kind & Attentive. I received the best care 💛💛💛
The Dr's were great! The nurses were just in work mode, the compassion for people was missing and the dietary department was awful. Meals weren't sent, the food was mediocre at best and flavor was unappetizing and I don't think they know what a vegetarian is!
Our experience at Hillcrest was awful! I would NEVER recommend it to anyone! After having a seizure, My husband was routed there via ambulance against our wishes. In ER over 12 hours with almost no assistance before being "admitted". It got worse from there. Story to long to tell here. NEVER AGAIN!
I've always had pretty good care at Hillcrest. I know the nurses are extremely busy with other patients, but my only real complaint is that sometimes, more than others, it takes hours to receive your medicine.
The staff is the best I ever had I've had 7 surgeries this is the best one yet
I was in the heart hospital here for 12-14 hrs. I never saw the Dr Ziad Sous in fact I received a call saying they were releasing me. Now I receive a bill for 75$ for one nicotine patch, one lisinopril 5 mg and one aspirin! What a crock of crap! I hate to think that a Dr or medical facility could be so rude. I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this Dr and hospital. THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU. I called them and I will share the itemized statement when I get it!
Great staff on 4th floor!!!!!!! Taking excellent care of mother in law.
6th Floor ICU was incredible to my sister! We did not get the results we hoped for, but every nurse she had for 14 days was very helpful, kind to us and very attentive to not only my sister's needs but ours as well. We cannot express our gratitude enough! Thank You!
