The staff, from the janitorial staff, nurses, techs, trainees as well as the cafeteria personnel, were all very professional and caring at the same time. My was a heart patient and received the most intense and detailed care possible. Nothing but KUDOS FOR EVERYONE!
So yesterday morning between 5 and 6 am, I woke up with extreme lower back pain. I was throwing up and kinda knew, what I thought it was, from past experience, with a kidney stone. I had some medication that I was able to take, to alleviate the pain somewhat. I was able to get a shower and go into my office for just a little while, but soon, the pain intensified! I was pleased to see all of the updated equipment and Nice Clean Facility. Last time I was there in 2010 the place was antiquated. The Staff in the E R were 1st Class they got her in right away. Staff was a Full 5 star's. Thank you Hillcrest.
Very professional and friendly they make you feel like family and at home I had my second son there and I will be having my 3rd Son there and the doctors are great.
My wife had major abdominal surgery. The surgeon answered every question before and after the procedure. The nursing staff, with only one exception, was extraordinary. The entire atmosphere at the hospital was friendly and accommodating. We had a previous procedure done at a "premier" hospital here in Tulsa and were horrified at the poor care given. Not so at Hillcrest. They have become our go to medical care provider.
My first time there and a A very nice experience. They staff was super nice and everything went smooth. All you have to do is bring yourself and the rest is done for you. Problem solved. Thank you Hillcrest!
