I had a botch surgery here back in January 2020. I was rushed into what i thought was "emergency surgery". My consent of surgery shows i gave a Dr.Mcgee permission to perform a diagnostic laparoscopy with possible appendectomy. Instead i woke up to being told i had a cyst that had ruptured on my LEFT ovary. So Dr.Mcgee consulted with Dr.Harris. So Dr. Harris made the "executive" decision to remove the LEFT ovary. We did the online check-in almost 24 hours in advance for Covid-19 swab and antibody testing. We are healthcare workers and want to know how we stand as far as possible asymptomatic infection and/or history of infection. We arrived at the designated time only to be told they weren't doing Covid tests that day due to "Provider Preference". This is unacceptable.
