I spent a day with my family on the 10th floor and loved the view and how friendly the hospital staff was. I've always been sketchy about doctors but after hearing my mammaw's surgeon speak about the planned surgery, knowing she is in good hands helped relax the stress and tension I had. Being able to see her helped also. I still pray that God watches over her and the doctors that her surgery is a success.
I spent 7 days on the 7th floor with Syncope & DVT and I must say my experience was very good, with the exception of the urologist that had a terrible attitude ( could have been having a bad day ) nurses and staff was very easy to get along with and took care of our needs in a timely matter, my wife stayed with me the whole time and the made sure she was taken care of also...the food was fair but I don't expect a 5 star restaurant from any hospital. I love my team of Drs. at Hillcrest. All the Nurses were as sweet and attentive. They were very helpful and mindul. I've stayed at Hilcrest on several different occasions and the only complaint I would have is the respiratory staff takes forever and sometimes forgets about my breathing treatments. This is my 2nd go around with breast cancer and having to worry rather or not I'm going to get my breathing treatments is concerning since I have asthma and anxiety. This is the best hospital and medical staff I have ever encountered. Dr. Dickens is over the top. My brother William Sandefur is in critical care ICU and all the RNs are taking great care of him. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needs critical care. I just pray he gets strong enough to recover. Thank you all for your dedication to great patient care.
If I could give a negative rating I would. My daughter in law was visiting in Tulsa and suffered a miscarriage and was taken by ambulance to this facility. After she got there the staff berated the ambulance attendant for coming in hot because it wasn't an emergency take her to triage. She then sat in ER ALONE for 3 hours bleeding profusely in a Toilet! WTF When they finally took her back she did say the nurses were nice. Seriously people, I worked in an ER and this is an emergency. �
I just loved it I wouldn't like to be any were but Hillcrest thank u for being there.������������
