Does not feel the staff is up to date on current pt and how to help the patient get prepared to go home.
Went to Hillcrest via ambulance last night because I broke my patella. I was in excruciating pain. They had a room ready for me and the ortho team was waiting on me when I got there. I got excellent care from all the staff. The ER was ran like a well oiled machine. I'll be following up with the ortho this week but I'm happy to see the sane one that treated me in the ER.
This hospital is the worst. Between having a baby here and my mom spending her last days here I have the most horrific memories and experiences. If you want to know in detail pm me.

My uncle was transfered there from tahlequah nursing staff were awesome
