This hospital should be embarrassed. I would share my experience but there is no way you would even believe it. Nurses who don't understand how HIPAA works so they tell you to call the doctor ... when you don't even know the doctors name or phone number. And plan on having a roomie! Unbelievable!
If they had a zero star that's what I would rate my overall experience, I've always heard bad rumors about killcrest & I finally seen tonight for myself that the nurses and doctors don't give a care about their patients. I'm 33 weeks pregnant went in due to pain spent 2 hours there for them to send me home in pain, the nurse told me to call the doctor myself in the morning to get what I need. On February 23,2018 my husband was transferred from Dr Heaton office to the Er he was admitted to 9th floor eventually was transferred to ICU on 6th floor then to Step down on 5 we came home on Friday March 2 everyone treated us all great
