I’m currently sitting in the waiting room and have been for 3 hours going on 4! Absolutely ridiculous. Thank god I haven’t died from chest pains yet! Very unprofessional staff. And have videos to show it!
This place is horrible. We have been sitting in the er for over 2 hours. There have been people come in after us and gotten taken to the back right away. There was a lady with chest pains sitting in the ER before we got here and was still waiting until about 30 mins ago. While the director stands here and tells us that we are next they call 2 more people. These people are horrible.

BETTER PARKING would be fantastic! Elevators that actually work. So I don't have to walk up 10 I repeat TEN flights of stairs and that was after the person at the front desk told me to use two different elevators on opposite sides of the hospital and neither of them went to the 10th floor. That is just the start of my horrible experience at Killcrest. I was just a visitor but I most definitely would NEVER trust that hospital with my life.
We had a very good experience at hillcrest. My husband went in for an outpatient surgery procedure but had a complication and had to stay overnight. We were on the fourth floor. Our night staff and the day staff the next day were wonderful. They were extremely helpful, polite, respectful, and truly caring. They maintained privacy with all care and were respectful at all times. They offered multiple times to assist with any care. We could not have had a better experience. I had a mammogram scheduled for 12:30. I was told to be here at 12:15. It is 1:40 and I’m still sitting in the waiting area. I’m not even seeing a dr today. 😒
I’ve always been a fan of the care at HMC. The care team for Abby’s surgery were excellent communicators and very kind. The surgery process was excellent once we got back. Dr Dickens is the bomb.com and I’m so happy he cared for my baby.
