Terrible!!! They force and discriminate against employees who do not wish to be injected with the flu vaccine to wear a red ribbon on their name tags...discrimination and violation of protected medical information. Disgusting
The waiting time in the emergency room is ridiculous. There are people that have been here for reportedly 12 hours. I have been here for several hours and it is extremely slow. It is also filthy and no one has came to clean in hours. Completely unprofessional
I took my daughter to the Hillcrest Claremore ER on Thursday night with a possible broken leg. Dr. Phillips was rude and not very compassionate with my 13 year old daughter. He refused to give her anything for pain and kept touching her foot and leg unnecessarily even though it made her scream in pain. None of the staff were compassionate about her being in pain. Care from ER thru discharge from cardiac unit was not good for my husband. Bedding never changed. In ER They collected a urine sample and left it on the counter for hours, was still on counter when taken to his room. Hospitalist saw him once in 3 days, 20 minutes prior to discharge. One day, there was 1 RN on the unit who apologized for not having seen my husband all day, and she never did see him before she went off duty.
the wait times are so long it's rediculous. I've been here for over 4 hours in the er just waiting. not only that this place is so dirty. if I could show you a picture of this room you wouldn't even send your enemy there.
They don't judge you and they treat your problem at hand. kind and caring staff. 5 stars
11 hours and I can't even get food or aspirin. great way to treat diabetic
