Terrible. We’ve been here with my mother who has rapid liver failure. We’ve been here 3x within the month having to stay weeks at a time!!! “But she’s not in a life threatening condition”!!! She can no longer walk, eat or hold a conversation atm but they are sending her home tomorrow because she’s “stable”!!!! This is ridiculous. She’s bruised from her fingertips to her shoulder, HAS OPEN BED SORES and has the nastiest bathrooms. You are just another paycheck here!!!
this place is about to be sued, again, they killed my sister-in-law 13 years ago, and paid, cause they were at fault. they are now trying to send my niece home with a blocked gallbladder, jaundice, and can't hold anything down. they straight up said her gallbladder was blocked, found out she has no insurance, but has a CBID, all of a sudden, gallbladder is fine, sending her homen w antibiotics, & referring her to Indian Health.
May as well camp out in the er, because you're going to be there for hours and hours. had a walker with when a friend had outpatient surgery the nurse said they would send it up when we found out they were staying over night, when we all were called to the wasn't there asked about the walker nobody new anything , finally during check out one nude went to find it was still setting in pre op, crazy , glad they were holding anything else , and the rooms are freezing cold and we couldn't get any hot water from the faucet in the ... read more
Stop hiring nurses like Parker Tillman who sexually harass coworkers and almost kill babies from their incompetence.
Very bad experience the people in the ER were extremely rude. I arrived at 8:45 am and no one was in the Er I watched 5 ppl come check in after me and got a room before me. I asked why I was still waiting and I had been here for an hour in a half they did it went off of who was more of an emergency . Meanwhile when I got there the emergency room was empty! The RNs are rude and they act like they don’t wanna be at work. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY GHETTO‼️

RecommendedMy first surgery was about 1949 sewing my arm back together. Dr Franklin was my doctor. Been in and out since then. Even washed dishes for spending money.
Patient care is not a priority. my mom had a simple neck surgery that has turned into a nightmare. After sitting in the hospital for 3 days with nothing to eat or drink because her throat is swollen, I had to ask them to hook her up to an iV so she doesnt get dehydrated. That is not my job!!! After a failed attempt to insert a feeding tube and my mom screaming in agony, they said if the swelling doesnt go down by Sunday they will send her home with a tube in her stomach. But that doesnt fix the problem!! This place is a joke... read more
