While I was happy with the treatment I received at Hillcrest South and my wife was taken care of at the ER recently, Hillcrest is one of many hospitals that participate in the immoral practice of outsourcing physicians groups so that patients who use Hillcrest as an In-network provider are stuck with out of network bills from ER doctors and anesthesiologists. I am curious how an unexpected $6000 bill is supposed to affect my health. is this a practice put in place so that the hospital doesn't have to offer benefits to doctor... read more
LOVE the nurses and Dr.’s here! My mom was life flighted here after a brain bleed was discovered. She has had several lengthy and complex procedures done. Dr. Tackla is phenomenal! He’s not only a talented neuro-surgeon but he’s personable and truly seems to be devoted to his patients. She’s currently still in ICU; receiving excellent care from their nurses and ICU doctors. This has been such a devastating event within our family; Hillcrest has truly made it easier for us! Can’t say enough good things about them!
I was told to check in at hillcrest medical at 9:30am to be prepped for a 11:00am surgery. I was taken back for surgery at app. 4p.m. ( 5 plus hrs late ) They had to draw blood 3 times as the first two set to long and had begun to claut.On their old 1 to ten scale they get a low one rating from me. Will not and do not recomend Hillcrest medical care ( ??? ) to anyone.
i love all my nurses and techs on 5th floor they did all they could to get me back to feeling better and that means a lot to me and they are very gentle and patience with you i never complain about them because they do there job so i love you guys and thank you so much
