Our experience at Hillcrest South was fantastic. Caring staff, outstanding PT team and a wonderful discharge planning team who helped us through decisions My husband was at Hillcrest South for Covid 19 and because of their superior treatment and care he was discharged and is now back home with us. We were blessed.

Rooms are very unsanitary they have dried blood all on the floors, trash cans are overflowing with used gloves, energy drinks, used masks and other used products. There’s trash on the floor spiders making webs in the lobby. They don’t care about the patients at all here. Nurses are very rude and short tempered. I’d recommend St. John’s over Killcrest.

It’s a hospital that supports it’s employee “family” & has worked very quickly to procure and provide a safe environment for staff & patients during a treacherous time. Thank you.

Hillcrest Heart Institute saved my life and gave me a second chance at life! Thank you Dr Phillips, Dr Tharakan, Ashley (Nurse 3H) Juju (Nurse 2H) also nurses Peter Intensive care, Joni (Nurse 5H) , Merideth (Nurse 5H) and the entire staff that cared for me other than one insensitive Nurse in who I will not give mention. I forgot the name of the anesthesiologists which means she done her job! I do remember a surgical cap with shamrocks on it?? May you all be blessed.

ER wait is horrible. we've been here for 40 minutes, not a single patient has been taken back. at 5:10 am and there is a girl who has been waiting since 1 am. Worst I've ever seen.

I want to give a big thank you to all the nurses and of Doctor Wilson, and all the other staff that was so helpful to me and my mother in-law, that kept us from getting lost when needed to go eat and find our way to the surgery waiting room. And especially the nurses that took care of Joe Dick before during and after his neck surgery. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to us all while we was their. God bless you all and thank you for keeping us from getting lost, and taking such great care of Joe while he was there. Thank ... read more

try not having disgusting rooms that are old unsafe. don't have arms of chairs broke. sliding wooden doors attached so a patient doesn't fall back and go through. try cleaning and not leaving pubic hair in bath tubs and why are there even bathtubs? or not give your the patient's the run around and have your dr.s show to speak to the patients.
