my purse was stolen while I was a patient
They do not take anyone that comes through this door seriously. We are pawns in their circus. They leave us in hours sick and in pain. Then we they know what the problem is, your left in a ED until they decide to let you have the procedure. At least properly medicate and we may find sone comfort in knowing we won’t die

July 30, 2020 Kay Parker She was brought into ER. ER misplaced her teeth, left by Creek County Ambulance Service. I need someone from Rusk Management (not Jill M. as she does NOT return phone called) to call me ASAP, as Kay has lost over 25 lbs since being released from this wonderful hospital. My brother was transferred there from Tahlequah, NHS, for burn care. He had issues all day with staff being rude, inconsistencies in the plan of care, and being told they were concerned about his sobriety status. If I am correct, even if an ex-opiate addict needs treatment for pain-related injury, they should receive this without concern for being called an addict. Went in for postpartum care to get my incision checked , well they check my blood pressure 190/101 and doctor sent me to er ! Well I get to er & I fill out paper work wait good 20 mins and they call me back check my pressure again it’s 203/87 They say go back to the waiting room til your room is ready !!!! Like wtf ! I’m gonna have a stroke before you even help me !!!! Still waiting.....

I had a botch surgery at Hillcrest South back in January 2020. I was rushed into what i thought was "emergency surgery". My consent of surgery shows i gave a Dr.Mcgee permission to perform a diagnostic laparoscopy with possible appendectomy. Instead i woke up to being told i had a cyst that had ruptured on my LEFT ovary. So Dr.Mcgee consulted with Dr.Harris. So Dr. Harris made the "executive" decision to remove the LEFT ovary.
