The wait is so extreme, even considering it’s the ER I’ve seen unsure how many dr and nurse that aren’t even telling me who they are. Communication is poor, I wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone.
multiple issues in the last 23 years. better go on down the road if you want care. and just an FYI, Security guards aren't supposed to be douche dillholes at a hospital. not sorry, will recommend a different hospital anyway!

Great medical care kind and carrying nurses clean room fast response
Hillcrest is two for two in providing pathetic treatment. They are repeating the fiasco from January (when I was here for four hours and had to call my doctor because the hospital never contacted him). We were told we were coming here for my wife to have emergency surgery. Three hours and nothing has happened! No doctor, no pain meds, no answers! They don’t have the doctors to treat the patients! No one in my family will ever be seen here again!
Fine, dedicated and compassionate patient care. Dedicated and caring treatment of seriously injured patients. Excellent care in the Burn Center.
