My father has been inpatient here for diabetes had to have his toe removed! They have never been brought any towels or wash cloths not that it matters since there is NO shower curtain in the bathroom, the janky AC vent fell off and was off for 24 hours the room was hot finally fixed it (with duct tape�) nurses missed his dose of insulin last night even after he asked 3 times!! The service by the staff here is excellent. They definitely love their patients.
I've been in 9 tower for a week. Going home today! The nurses, CTA's, housekeeping and support staff have been nothing short of amazing. And the gluten free menu was off the charts. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
My father was brought taken to Hillcrest Maine because of major fluid retention, oxygen level 68, diabetic and just had triple bypass in February on Tuesday April 24 2018 in the afternoon. My father did not see a doctor/nurse practitioner until Wednesday April 25th late afternoon after we raised our voices. At which time we began to see some improvement with his care.
