The hospital is very clean The nurses are friendly but they wait forever to answer tour call they are very evasive about your care
Obviously being in the ER is no fun, but they treat you respectfully and care about your health.
My father was released yesterday. The care was phenomenal. He presented with stroke symptoms and a neurologist met him in the ER as soon as he arrived on the air vac. A 2 night stay on 6 tower with wonderful physicians and nurses. He was very complimentary of the complete stay. Thank you for the wonderful care.
The nursing and ancillary staff in OHI 5th floor are phenomenal!
I just came home after being at Hillcrest since Monday. Everyone on floor 9 was great. The only complaints are that the food, except for the roast beef and potatoes, was atrocious and they need to teach the nurses how to insert a drip and take blood with a minimum of pain!!! The housekeeping staff was great too!!!
I was admitted and placed on the 7th floor for respiratory and every one I encountered during my stay was awesome! They took excellent care of me and was always kind and caring.
They Were Kind & Caring & Helped Me Out. Now I'm Gonna Have Surgery There Monday.
