I had a same-day operation there yesterday (7/19/16). Despite a few conditional and situational difficulties, the staff was amazing. The team in pre and post-op was as wonderful a unit as I've ever seen. Much respect for "the redheads" and Co. Your swift response to my almost passing out was tremendous. And the nursing I witnessed and was given in recovery was impressive. Thanks to all on a great job. I can tell it was all in a day's work. Hopefully someone shares this thanks to you.
The only positive thing about my experience was Dr. Wilson. The social workers down there are a sorry excuse. My family needs help with keeping our foodstamps, moving out, and getting baby furniture and they can't even do there jobs.
I had surgery for my cyst on my left ovary they r very nice n kind . my husband was in there with me so glad I was in women's center
Worst hospital experience I've ever had in Tulsa! If you're lucky enough to survive the ER and ICU, you're in for a real treat once you hit the patient floor! It was so bad I had to leave AMA. Too bad there isn't a zero star option for PISS-POOR!!! Hillcrest, that's something to think about next time you deny water to a patient that was in your ICU for renal failure. Speaking of failure...
I go to the Physician's Building and every toilet in the womens restroom on the 5th floor is broken. #1 seat totally broken hindges and all. #2 No screws in the seat. #3 Will not flush. I've reported this previously, but I guess it's not a priority. Put a out of order sign the door. This is inconvenient, when you really have to go.
My son had a sedated mri this morning and all the staff we encountered we're very nice and helpful and kind and made my son feel safe and secure. No one they all spoke to him with respect no one took a tone with him or got frustrated with him (he's 3 autistic receptive skills are a work in progress;) Overall we had a very good experience!
I like the hospital alot especially the OHI part of the hospital. Nurses and nurse tech have been really good.
You neglected my grandson in the NICU and because of your incompetence he had horrible diaper rash. Can you not even change a diaper? And saying it's diaper rash is putting it mildly. I despise you, Hillcrest and all of your bullshit.
