I had the most HORRENDOUS experience in the ER at Hillcrest Hospital & will be filing complaints against the ER Dr. Satterwhite & Nurse Stephanie. I'll NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN!!! I will be filing the appropriate formal complaints against them so NO ONE HAS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID & SO DIDNT DESERVE!!! Good thing my daughter graduated from TU Law School. See you in court!

Ive been to this hospital about 4 times for various reasons and never had a good experience. The nursing staff is very rude. This morning my son is having surgery and they informed me they ACCIDENTALLY put someone in front of him prolonging his surgery another 1-1/2 hr. We have been here since 7:30. I asked to make a complaint and i got head nurse bobby full of i don't knows and no listening skills. She wouldn't let me have one word. Let's see. They made me wait for MONTHS to get my procedure scheduled and when I needed to reschedule because of snow the lill B in charge of scheduling NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. Now they want me to come in and see the doc AGAIN so I can suffer for several MORE MONTHS while I wait on the schedule cow to do her effing job and get my procedure scheduled. The docs are kind of okay but suport staff don't know up from down.
Your ER is way to slow getting patients in. Been out here for 3 hours with my 85 yr old mother who fell and probably has a broken arm.
Absolutely loved having my daughter here. Nicu was great with her.. My care was 100% awesome. Nurses were amazing.. Nicu and mine.
The staff here is very rude. My mother got horrible care. They would say they r going to get her pain meds. But an hour goes by still nothing. Been here for two days and never was her meds on time. I've been in nursing for years I would never talk and treat people the way they did my mom.
Was in the new part for heart patients a few years ago. Very clean, friendly staff. I may have had a few beefs with other parts of the hospital on different stays for other illnesses in the past, but the new heart center is first class.
