RecommendedExcellent service and reasonable rates
They really know how to treat their customers from the time you walk in to the showroom up until you sign the paperwork.
Harper service department staff is very courteous and thorough. I do think it was better for customers when you could make appointments for scheduling service. However when the unexpected happens it’s great to just stop in to get the problem fixed. I recently had a tire leak and had to get it taken care of immediately. The service took care of everything. I also appreciate the waiting accommodation.
Steve in service is the best. Well the whole service department is amazing.

The service at Harper Acura was very good. Vehicle was serviced and washed when I picked it up. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is a good dealership with good people. Steve, Courtney, and Richard took care of everything for me and I appreciate it.😀
I recently had new front and rear brakes installed in my 2014 MDX. I was issued a loaner car so I could continue with my errands while my new brakes were being installed. Patrick kept me informed about a couple things that were found during my inspection by the mechanic. Although I was not present to see what he found, I was sent a video by the mechanic and he walked me through other areas of concern he found. Fraudulent work. Uncooperative. Damages interior and refuses to repair their error. Does not take responsibility for their staff. Patrick, the new service writer needs to be removed. Poor decision by Acura.
I've been taking my cars to Harper Acura for service for 20 years because they are honest and dependable. I went away to a different brand for 6 months and caught the service department in a lie, sold the car and went back to Harper Acura.
