this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure sales, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Very professional and friendly. When I was given the keys, Daniel went over ever feature in the car before I drove it away and he even has done follow up since to see if I have any questions. I went to Harper Acura looking to possibly purchase an MDX and Jeremy Tucker was very patient with me. He listened to what my specific needs were and was able to put me in the right vehicle. Our family has purchased many vehicles from the Harper dealerships. This has been our first experience with the Acura dealer but as expected we recieved the same exemplary customer service we are accustomed to from the Harper family of dealerships. We did experience a service problem with the vehicle that was out of the normal realm. I made a call to the sales manager Cliff and discussed my concern.
