The service. The most incredible part about Harper Acura service is how they treat you when you drive in. Patrick my coordinator or caseworker was incredibly attentive and listened to all the concerns I had about my car and assured me they would all be fixed. Most importantly Acura always has a loaner car available so that my life does not have to be put on hold nor do I have to include neighbors and friends just to get my car worked on. I recently purchased a 2019 MDX and I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot we were greeted by our Salesman, Jeremy. He was very laid back, knowledgeable and consultative to our needs.
