I have found Harper Acura service reps to be friendly, courteous and honest. They tell it like it is and don't pressure me to replace parts or do unnecessary work. When I really do need a part (like a battery or brakes) the cost is comparable (sometimes less) than what I would pay at an auto parts store. That's why I keep going back to them😊
The overall experience with Harper Acura was great from the sales rep (thanks Robbi) to the finance manager (Cody) to the services (Steve). It was a great experience, and I am loving the new vehicle.

I purchased a 2020 Acura RDX from Harper Acura a few weeks ago. The process was quick an easy once I narrowed down what I wanted. I actually dealt with multiple Harper dealerships during my car shopping and was pleasantly surprised with everyone I dealt with. None of the sales people were pushy they were strictly there to help answer any questions I had.
