Great service as always. I have used Harper Acura for 19 years and have always been pleased. Oil change and tire rotation took less than 30 minutes. Loaner was offered as usual but not needed. The coffee is great too.
I purchased my 2016 RX in 2015 at Harper Acura, and all scheduled maintenances have been done at Harper. Service is always 100 % satisfactory. This month Harper Service Department found that my battery needed replaced and replaced it under warranty. My wife and I were thrilled! We thank Harper Acura for having such good employees and Service Manager.
Great service. I had three windows down and a sun window open and temperatures were in the twenties. Nothing I did corrected the problem with these windows. I called Harpers service department and rushed my MDX to them. They gave me a loaner then found the problem. It required a major computer reset I think. Thank you Harper Acura for your usual good service.
