Wanted to shout out a big thank you to the Harper Acura service department. Each time we have had our car in there they have taken such good care of us. Very polite and easy to work with. The service Department is always friendly and I have come to trust what they tell me, but my last 2 service appointments kept me waiting way too long. I was given an approximate time, which sounded a bit long to begin with for what needed to be done, and it took much longer. I also didn't get a wash the past 2 appointments which is fine, but don't tell your customers the service includes a wash, then don't do it.
