RecommendedTheir customer service is amazing. I bought an RDX in January from Harper and just took it in for one of my two free oil changes. The guys there were very welcoming, and even though they were busy, took the time to explain everything and how my car checked out. It came back clean and there were no hidden fees. He even handed me a cold bottle of water as I got in my car. I see why they offer the free services to new customers, as it’s worth going back to them for even routine maintenance because they’re so great.
Harper Acura did a fantastic job repairing my windshield. Patrick Roberts and Jeff Oliver were extremely helpful and attentive to my need to have my windshield replaced before I returned to Wisconsin later in the week.
The service department is top notch. Steve is always friendly, professional and helpful. It’s always nice to see a familiar, smiling face. I take all my cars to Harper for service.
The Service department is so Professional and Courteous! In and out in just a couple of minutes with the New Acura loaner car and mine is washed & clean inside & out when I come back. A cold bottle of water waiting in the console..the kindest and most gracious people! Competitive prices too.
